  1. Are we not supposed to use hard water for cleaning Car and other vehicles? Does this damage the paint?

Hard water is undesirable for any type of cleaning, the minerals in hard water interfere with the surfactants cleaning power. We build our products to be used in hard water because most people do not use soft water “a water softener”. Most professional car washes soften their water so you don’t experience hard water droplets on your paint as it dries. Some cases of hard water drying on paint can cause an expensive detail to buff out hard water spotting.
